Advanced payment or a purchase order number must be
received by the first day of class to guarantee your reservation.
Course fees do not include travel, meals, accommodations or other expenses.

Cancellation Requests
Requests must be received by Siemens no later than one week prior to the start of the class in order to qualify
for a full refund.
Refunds
Only 80% of the tuition will be refunded for cancellations made less than one week prior to the start of class.
No-shows
Students who fail to show up for class without prior notification will be charged in full.

Some hotel accommodations are shown with the course locations.
Rates & Reservations
Where possible, favorable hotel rates have been secured. Guaranteed hotel reservations must be made by the
individual.
